COVID-19 Update
Notice to all of Our Clients

At Cambridge Veterinary Care we take the health and safety of our clients, the pets we care for and our team very seriously. We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and want to assure you that we are taking preventive measures to ensure the health and safety for all clients, pets, and teams.

We will remain open for business to help provide you the services you need for your pet but we will be implementing new processes for the health and safety of our clients and our team

New Curbside Service:
We ask that you call or text us from the parking lot when you are ready to drop off and pick up your pet. We will have someone come out to your car to provide you curbside service and we will bring your pet in for check-in as well as to bring them out to you when you are picking up.  Please be advised that we are taking all payments over the phone and we are not accepting cash or checks during this time.

Please be aware of the new hours as we work through this together:
Monday through Friday: 8:30am – 3:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am- 2:00pm

Telemedicine Option:
We may have limited availability for preventative and non-emergency appointments. We are working to make our schedule flexible for essential services while making every effort to protect our staff, our clients and our community. In order to better serve you, we are now utilizing a telemedicine platform called TeleVet which allows us to do virtual consultations.

In order to take advantage of this service through our clinic, just download the TeleVet app from the iTunes or Google Play stores for free. For direct links, you can just go to www.gettelevet.com/owners. Once you have the app, you can quickly register, add your pets, add our clinic, and utilize our virtual consultation feature. If you have any questions about this service, just let us know.
