At Cambridge Veterinary Care, we aim to provide timely care to all our patients. Due to a rise in no-show and late cancellations for appointments we have had to implement a new no-show and late cancellation policy.

We ask that you kindly give 24 hours' notice for cancellations or to reschedule your appointment so that we may offer that time to another pet in need.

If you do not show up for your appointment or give 24 hours' notice of cancellation, you will be charged a missed appointment fee of $50. Please note that this fee is subject to change. Any notice of this change will be posted in our lobby area. We understand that emergencies arise and any exceptions to this policy will be determined by the practice manager.
